Familiarize yourself with all the areas, and their neighborhoods. Also, see what areas are more in demand and which are the good school districts. A real estate agent may need to work on one single client for a long time. However, once the deal is through, they get a good commission which is enough for monthly expenses. However, it all depends on your selling abilities. So, hone your marketing skills before you get started. Also, go to a school that is certified by your state to get the necessary real estate license, without which you will not be allowed to operate.
