          The official name of the stock market exchange in Malaysia is Bursa Malaysia Berhad. It is listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia Securities and it operates a fully integrated exchange offering services ranging from trading, clearing, settlement and depository services.           In 2004, under the Demutualization Act, stock market Malaysia was converted from a not-for-profit organization to an entity limited by its shares. Earlier stock market Malaysia was an organization limited by the guarantee of its membership. This allowed Bursa Malaysia Berhad to be listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in 2005.
