The concept of foreign exchange market came into existence in the 1970s, when free exchange rates and floating currencies came into existence. Dealers all around the world quote all major currencies in almost every time zone around the world. Once the investor decides on the currency to buy, he/she can approach any of these dealers. The most common mode of FOREX trading is marginal trading where currency prices are speculated and investments are made by getting a credit line.
Many investors consider FOREX trading as risky. However, it is also rewarding in various ways. The most important benefit of FOREX trading is that the profits are relatively higher in comparison to the initial investment. Due to its vast size, FOREX market does not get easily influenced by external or internal factors.
